Our Mission

At Ascent Hospice, our mission is “To provide exceptional hospice care with compassion, empathy, and respect." Our priority is honoring the needs and wishes of our patients and families to ensure comfort and peace during every end of life we touch. We value the dignity of life and promote the right to care through an unparalleled approach to care, respect, comfort, and choice.

At Ascent our vision is to be a leader in Hospice care through quality services, innovation, and strategic growth. Our pursuit for excellence is driven through ongoing training and continued education for our staff while providing our patients with a collaborative approach to care planning, proper medication management, quality equipment and supply, and a warm friendly approach to compassionate care.

We hold our organizational values at the highest regards. Our values are ingrained in every aspect of our business and direct our decision and organizational strategies. As seen in our logo, the three stars not only symbolize a spiritual or figurative “ASCENT” but the “Three Star Values” are an approach that shapes the culture of our organization (Attentive, Compassionate, Called to serve).
